Hi y’all,
As a Christmas present to myself this last December, I bought myself a kindle as a new toy to try and reduce eye strain at night while I tried to read. To my surprise, it *really* worked! I started reading more than I ever did before, and thought it might be nice to put my thoughts of each book down so that way I could relive the experiences later.
So here I am, and I figured it’d be nice to share with anyone who wants to read along with me. Thanks for being here, and I hope you enjoy my book adventures!
For the most part, I’m into nerdy topics and so will spend a fair amount of time on sci-fi books (*cough*, I’ve been burning through The Expanse books), though I also enjoy lighthearted fun books (like A Dog’s Purpose) and then some non fiction work as well (like The Big Short or Liar’s Poker by Michael Lewis; or The Only Pirate At the Party by Lindsey Stirling).
So far, my favorite authors have been Michael Lewis and James S. A. Corey (even though the latter is a pen name). Thanks again for coming along for the ride!
